Who we are

Omni ITM is a product of Flux-r Labs. Flux-r Labs is the data controller for information collected through this website, which means we decide what is collected and what happens to it.

Our full legal and registered contact details are not published on this page. If you need them in order to make a formal data protection request, ask through the contact form and we will provide them.

What we collect

Only what you choose to type into a form. There is no account to create, no login, and no profile built about you. We do not buy contact data from anyone, and we do not add to what you give us from other sources.

To stop automated abuse, the form handler makes a short-lived check on where a submission came from and how quickly the form was filled in. That check only ever blocks spam. It is not stored as part of your record and is not used to identify you.

In full, the two forms collect:

• Register your interest: your work email address, and optionally your name, organisation, role and approximate estate size.
• Contact form: your name, work email address, optionally your organisation, and the message you send us.

Why we collect it

To contact you about Omni ITM early access when it opens, and to answer any question you send us.

That is the whole purpose. We will not use your details to market unrelated products, and we will not add you to a general mailing list.

Our lawful basis: your consent

We rely on consent under UK GDPR. You give it by ticking the consent box before you submit a form, which is never pre-ticked.

You can withdraw consent at any time by asking us through the contact form. When you do, we delete your details rather than simply flagging them, and you will hear nothing further from us.

How long we keep it

Until the early access programme concludes, or until you ask us to delete your details, whichever comes first.

In any case we will not keep your details for longer than 24 months after our last contact with you. After that they are deleted.

Who can see it

Only the small team at Flux-r Labs who need to, in order to run early access and reply to enquiries. We do not sell, rent, trade or otherwise share your details with anyone else.

We use third-party hosting and email delivery services to run this website and to deliver form submissions, so your details necessarily pass through their systems. Those providers act on our instructions and are not permitted to use your data for their own purposes. We have not named them here because providers can change; if you need to know who they currently are, ask through the contact form and we will tell you.

Cookies and tracking

This site sets no tracking or advertising cookies, and there is no cross-site tracking of any kind. That is why you are not being asked to dismiss a cookie banner.

Any usage measurement we do is cookieless and aggregate. It tells us that a page was viewed; it cannot identify you or follow you elsewhere.

The forms include an anti-spam check that confirms a submission came from a person rather than a script. It is there to protect the forms, not to profile you, and it is not used for advertising.

How we protect it

Form submissions are sent over HTTPS and held in access-controlled storage. Access is limited to the people who need it, and the destination address that enquiries reach is held in server-side configuration rather than published on this site.

The best protection is collecting little in the first place, which is why the forms ask for so few fields.

Your rights

Under UK GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you, and get a copy of it.
• Have inaccurate details corrected.
• Have your details erased.
• Restrict how we use your details, or object to us using them.
• Receive your details in a portable, machine-readable form.
• Withdraw your consent at any time, which for us means deletion.
• Complain to the Information Commissioner's Office, the UK's data protection regulator, at ico.org.uk. We would rather you came to us first so we can put it right, but you do not have to.

How to make a request

Use the contact form on this site and say what you would like: a copy of your data, a correction, or deletion. Say enough for us to find your record, which is usually just the email address you registered with.

We deliberately do not publish an email address anywhere on this site, because published addresses attract spam. Every message sent through the contact form reaches the same people, and we answer data requests within one month, as UK GDPR requires.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy we will update the date at the top of this page.

If a change materially affects how we use details you have already given us, we will contact you about it rather than quietly amending the page.
